What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale.

To maintain the brilliance of your pieces, avoid contact with water, perfumes, and lotions. Store them in a cool, dry place, preferably in the NOGU pouch provided.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, every NOGU piece comes with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear or accidental damage.
